Weight belt for water?

does anyone know how to make a weight belt, like for snorkeling, out of common househlod items? I already have those ankle weights.

Actually, its funny that you should mention ankle weights because I use then for snorkeling at times. I join both together with their velcro straps and wrap them around my neck. Sounds daft? Try it!

Dude you will spend more time making one and less time enjoying the sport.



Go to a dive shop it will be so much easier and less time consuming for you.

Also I would like to add unless you are seriously over weight there is absolutely no reason for ankle weights. Ankle weights will fatigue very fast and make your dive enjoyable.

Just go buy one from a scuba shop, they are cheap.
