hi im a 15 yearold boxer im 6ft 1/2 inch and 140 pounds should i gain 5-10 pounds of muscle drop a few pounds of fat or stay where im at?

  2. you should workout and train a lot. you will decide with your trainer what weight you will fight at only after yo are reay to fight.

  3. You should try to stay where you are.  Your height will be overwhelming most people in the light welterweight division.  

    Chances are as you get older, you will gain weight and you will have to move up.  Your height will still be an asset in boxing.

  4. The smartest thing to do is get your body in its absolutely optimal condition and fight at that weight. Anything else isn't YOU being 100% and when you're in the ring it shouldn't be anything less.
