i lost a lot of weight fast and igainedd it back and i cant seem to loose anymore does anyone know a good way?

  1. Hm...well the best way to lose exercise is to do a lot of cardiovascular exercises like running. If you run 4 miles a week and eat healthy, you're bound to lose weight again. However, just be sure to keep healthy while doing so (don't skip out on a good meal, but don't load down the greasy fast foods either).

    So split 3-4 miles of running with a day of rest in between each day and eat healthy.
