Weight gain Plateau?

Over the last few months I have gained 30 pounds 140 to 170 (6ft tall) I did this by using Quickmass eating 6 meals a day and lifting heavy weights. I want to add 10 to 15 more pounds but I haven't been able to move the scale in the last few weeks. I think I have hit a plateau. Any ideas how to break through and get the scale moving again?

  1. You just need to add more calories.  Try adding 500 to your day.  If it isn't enough try adding another 500.  As you gain weight you need more food to gain more weight.  That is why you have stopped gaining weight.
