Weight gain metabolism problem?

if someone has a fast metabolism and struggles to gain weight then what would be a safe way to gain weight to build muscle without expensive ''weight gainers''?

  1. Hey

    I know this website with some good muscle building articles from fitness trainers. it's http://fitness4u.sitesled.com THere is a insane muscle gain report on the right column you can download for free. I actually bought the no nonsense muscle book that's on the bottom left column. It really gave me all the info I needed to know to gain the muscle. This guy is really motivational and knows his stuff. It's got dvd's included too so you can see how to do the workouts. He use to be skinny too. Read his page. It's alot cheaper then buying a personal trainer.


  2. Peanut butter and carbs.  Eat it before you go to bed - you get your proteins and fats so it should help bulk you up.  Also, eat lots during the day and make sure you're getting strength building exercise so that all of those calories don't turn into fatty weight!  

  3. Eat more calories.

  4. i know from experience, if you regularly go to the gym and eat lots of carbs like potatoes rice pasta bread etc you'll soon put some weight on which you can turn to muscle
