Weight gaining advice for basketball?

I am 6'1 almost 6'2 and i only weigh 145 pounds. What are some good work outs to help me gain weight and what type of food should i be eating.

  1. i would say eat as much as possible and work out alot to and she should get to size u would like


  2. You should always try to skip a meal,just once. This helps you crave more food. Cutt back from Mcdonalds/Fastfood this will not keep you healthy enough for basketball. Try pasta :]

  3. eat alot of starches. and WORK OUT ALOT. build up muscle, not fat.

  4. try creatine or any weight gainer supplement.  you can get it at gnc and its usually a powder you can mix into your drinks.  not illegal or anything... it helps retain water and supplies energy to muscles and nerve cells.  eat lots of protein and carbs, and lift weights (low reps and heavy weight).  squats, dead lifts, cleans, lots of core and lat exercises, and exercises that target the bicep/tricep area.
