Weight gaining/ muscles?

to add more detail..

i started workin out for about 3 months then stopped for about 2 now im working out again an i have definantly gotten bigger in size. but i dropped from 145 to 140. but im bigger. an im tryin to gain weight. will i start gaining weight?

  1. i think you should gain your weight, and exert your muscles,firm them up.

    actually i envy you ,because no matter how i eat,my weight don't increase at all. i'm 24 years old(male)my stature is 192cm,but my weight is only 73kg.i want to chang my weight to 90kg,but i have no way to deal with my weight,i feel so sad.
