i am 13 going 14 and i'm 161 cm tall and i'm currently 41 kg.how can i increase my weight?

  1. Your too young to think of anything drastic, let nature takes its course you have years of growth yet.  If you want to gain a bit weight start gentle weight training exercises


  2. don't worry about gaining or losing weight at your age. you are constantly growing and your body will change rapidly. just focus on training hard and you will get bigger and stronger. do exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, running, swimming, air squats, squat thrusts, flutter kicks, lye on a bench and hold the bench behind your head and bring knees to chest, jump-rope, hang from a pull-up bar and bring your knees to your shoulders. All of these exercises will make you strong. some of them will be too hard at first but don't worry everyone starts somewhere. good luck
