k im 180 lean i go to the gym 6 days a week, and now i am doing boxing and im scared im going to drop my weight and not be able to gain.. i don't take weight gainer, and the olny supplements i am on rigt now is m1t and cretein, i eat a far amount as much as i can anyways, i olny am doing boxing once a week right now, and i have a cardio day too, so if anyone knows any good ways to keep my weight going up and boxing at the same time that would be helpful, i would like to get up to heavey weight.. thanks

  1. After working out, it takes time for your muscles to repair themselves and expand with the use of protein. Stay on creatine, that can only help, and eat more protein (if possible). You might want to think of working out all upper body one day and only working out legs the next day to give your muscles a day to heal and enlarge. Impressive stats, by the way.


  2. eat and lift weights

    going to the gym 6 days a week probably isnt a good idea cuz going 2 days in a row doesnt help cuz u get hurt yourself and ur muscles need a day to recover when u work out so to get stronger go to the gym 3 or 4 days a week but yea eat a lot of meat good carbs and calories and hit the gym

  3. Simple, eat more.  Take in 3,000 cals a day. If you lose weight, take in 4,000 or 5,000.  Top bodybuilders take in 8,000 a day just to maintain.  Crazy, but true. Eat lean and watch your cholesterol intake.
