  1. Well, the average height and weight vary. The question is more complex that just reading out a statistic, it really varies from person to person. At 11 you are hitting puberty as a female (13 for boys) and though you may be taller than your peers your not abnormal, you were just one of the first to hit it.

So to find if you are the \"right\" height look at your parents. you should be nearing their height, maybe not quite as tall as them. If on parent is short and one parent is tall then you should be taller than the short one but most likely won't be as tall as the tall one.

The average height for females is 5'6". But an average means that they added all the people's height up and divided it by the number of people. So "normal" is anything from 4'10" to 6'4", and there is nothing wrong with being tall (supermodels are usually about 6'). There is nothing wrong with being short either, I know since I myself am 4' 10".

Now the second part of the question had to do with your weight. First don't worry too much about it. If you are 5'6" as an adult the weight should be about 135lbs. You're only 11 and the extra weight is what your body is gonna use to grow b*****s, height, etc. (yes, you may get taller). Also if you've started you period your weight will fluctuate by 5-15 lbs as part of that, with weight gain being normal before you start your cycle.

Suggestion: If your worried about your height the best thing is to ask your doctor. If you're short there are things that can be done to make you taller so long as you take them before the end of puberty. Unfortunately I have yet to hear of anything to make you shorter other than old age.

Suggestions: If your still worried about your weight, make sure your excersizing, going for walks, riding bike, or rollerblading. Also look at your muscle tone, remember things like that add to you weight in a good way. Also don't diet but make sure that your not eating a lot of fast food and guzzling sodas. Both of those can add extra pounds in no time (even the diet soda that says zero calories, they have a substance called high fructose corn syrup that your body has a hard time metabolizing). If you need caffeine try tea (tastes better than coffee). And eat lots of veggies and fruits (almost half of your daily intake of food should be in the form of fruits and veggies).

  2. Cant say without your height sorry  x

  3. It depends on your height. You need a height calculation and weight calculation to find your BMI (Body Mass Index) which will tell you if you have a healthy weight or not.

  4. if you're tall that's probably just right, but if you re shorter you may be a little bit over just rightt

  5. This weight is fine for your age, but do check how tall you are and do a bmi.

Not trying to nag, but you shouldn't be worrying about your weight at your age, your a growing girl
