how old do you have to be to do the jenny craig program i'm 15?

and how much is it?

i cant do it by myself so i need help

and my family isn't helping

..

or if you have any idea how i can lose

weight easily

diet plans ?exercising ideas?

  1. First off, I would not recommend Jenny Craig or any other diet at your age.

    What you should do is see a Nutritionist (ask your doctor to refer you).

    Your body needs 2000 calories per day. What you can safely do though is use lower fat dairy products, drink 4 glasses of water per day, use leaner meats, do not consume fried, fast or junk foods nor soda, use Crystal Light instead of drinking juice, eat whole grain products and snack on fruits and vegetables. Pre packaged and canned foods are also not great with trans fats and sodium.

    If you make those changes, it will show but will remain safe and effective for you.

    As well, be active. Join soccer or a swim team. Get out for walks with your friends. 30 minutes a day is all you need to do.
