  1. TAHTS BECAUSE YOUR A WIMP GET OVER IT YOU CAN PUT BARBER SHO[P HAIR ON THEM TO KEEP THE SWEAT AWAY!

  2. well i started at 12 and i am still doing it so u should have to but hhow old r u

  3. No pain, No gain

As for the bench pressing everyone has to start somewhere the worlds strongest men didn't get like that over night.

Start off with a low weight you can handle then increase it as your strength improves, Its all common sense really.

  4. I would take some aspirin if your legs are still hurting.  Don't be embarrassed about your bench pressing.  They say you should take the same amount of protein in grams that matches your weight.

For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should be taking 150 grams of protein per day to gain mass.  YOu should work out every muscle group wice per week.  I did this for two years and gained about 40 pounds of muscle.

  5. You often get aches for a couple of days after a hard session , esspecially if youve not trained in a while. It's a fairly when known phenomenon. I tend to find the aches are worse on the second day than the first.

It's usually caused by the fact that when weight lifting, you're causing small tears in the muscles, which grow back thicker and stronger - hence bulking up as you train.

There's no magic bullet that'll 'cure' this, but you should make sure you take on plenty of fluids and try to eat a protein rich meal within an hour of training to minimise its effects. I sometimes find a really hot bath helps as well.

With bench press work I tend to work out my max lift, and then do 3x6reps of about 80% of that. I went from ~40kgs to ~75kgs relatively quickly. Make sure someone spots you, especially when you're upping your weight.

  6. The best thing you can do after a workout is drink lots of water and get potassium. This helps muscle healing. You may be a bit stiff now, but once you start again today, it'll loosen up. Eventually, this pain/stiffness will lessen between workouts, as you get going. Probably after a couple of weeks it will lessen. Eventually, you'll look forward to a little stiffness, once it's not so painful.

  7. For your first question.  DOMS or Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness shouldn't stop you from working out again.  Maybe take a little aspirin to take the edge off.  If you are just starting out lifting weights take it easy and leave your ego at the door.

For your second question.  Chest, tricep and shoulder strength will dictate your bench press.  Work on all of those.

  8. drink protein...

    before and after workout

and as for benching it takes time

im sure the coaches will tell you how to get stronger...
