Weight lifting for sports?

i play baseball basketball and football can someone tell me one lift that will help me for each sport and why please and thank you

  1. definetly do some squat thrusts for the legs, and thats for all sports. do a plain old bench press of at least 130 to start and gradually move on to heavier stuff. drink plenty of water. this may not be a lift, but take up swimming if you can for the cardio workout and breathing
