Okay, so I can bench press to save my life. I can to dumbell bench presses with about up to 70 lbs each but I can't even lift 110 lbs on a regular bench press.Is there a secret to doing it that no one is telling me and also if I do lift 70 lbs with two dumbells does that mean I can lift 140 on a regular bench press? Please only answer if you know what you're talking about!
