I am a competitve swimmer who does a 53 sec in the 100 yd free. What all do I need to be doing in the weight room?

  1. You need to talk to your coach or trainer. They can best determine what kind of weightlifting you need to be doing.

  3. i am also a competitive swimmer and the 100 free is also my event! I go a 55, but i'm a girl. I'm not sure if you're a girl or not, if so.. wow thats fast. For me in the weight room i do alot of leg workouts.  I don't really do anything for my shoulders, because i have bad shoulders. I run alot, crunches, like i said alot of leg workout. Row machine
