I work out 3 days a week 2 body parts a day 10 reps heavy weight

mon chest triceps

tue off

wen legs and shoulders

thur back and biceps

is this a good routine?

  1. not ideally try

    mon; chest, biceps

    tue off

    wen; shoulders

    thursday; legs

    friday; back, triceps

    this will mean you can keep the intensity up in each muscle group as there is no over lap between assisting muscles
