  1. breastfeeding helps a lot. i read that you lose about 500 calories a day just by breastfeeding alone.

i have  6 week old and have lost almost 30 lbs. i haven't exercised and eat normal.

  2. breastfeeding, walking when you can, eating healthy.

I lost 35 pounds in a month (all my baby weight and some)

  3. I had my baby 7 weeks ago. I gained 40lbs & at my 1 month check up , I had lost 30 of it. The part that's really annoying me is that the only fat seems to have gone to my lower stomach & that's the hardest part for me to lose fat & weight. I lost mine mostly by walking a lot which i always have done & I wasn't really hungry after I had the baby.

  4. Breast feed, eat right, take your baby for walks every day and so some situps once the doctor gives you the okay! (*around 6 weeks)

  5. besides breasfeeding, which i only id for 5 weeks, and my weight plateued after only 2 weeks at 30 lbs above my pre baby weight... eating healthy and exercise, in three weeks ive lost 7 solid lbs, takes work for me tho

every day i eat  small bowl of corn flakes, 1 cup lo fat yogurt, 2 pieces of fruit, an ounce of nuts, 3 cups+ of veggies coooked or raw, 2 3 oz pieces of lean meat, fish or chicken, sometimes ill make a bit of potatos or corn, but thats what i eat, and its working.... slowly but surely

  6. Breast feeding

Eating right and don't eat late at night.

I know it's hard because you were able to do and eat when you wanted for 9 months and now you can't but it worked for me in the first month i lost 29 pounds..

  7. When you first have your child drinking plenty of water helps alot with all the water weight. It will take a couple of weeks to evaluate how bad it is. ( Ive been there so don't get offended). Depending on how active you were during your pregnancy start off easy. I know I wanted to hit the gym with everything I had but pregnancy and labor takes alot out of you so ease into it. I know I hated when people told me it takes 9 months to put it on so it takes that much to take it off. So know that its not going to be overnight but you'll get there. Just don't burn out to fast. As far as a meal plan I know alot of women who had luck with weight watchers but find something that works for you and your family.

  8. Taking your baby for a walk everyday for 30-45min. helps so much. Believe me they love the ride it relaxes them, and pushing that stroller is going to work that weight right off.

  9. Breastfeeding, eating healthy and exercise :o)

  11. As cliche as it sounds I would say a well balanced diet and exercise at least 3 times a week. If you can't get a gym membership or equipment then I would say, walk, walk, and walk. I lost almost 30 lbs. after my first daughter by going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I worked myself up to 1 hour of cardio and 30 min of weight training targeting different muscle groups each time.

Strict dieting did not work for me because I love chocolate and ice cream. I just decreased the amount of sugar and fatty foods I ate. I ate ice cream 2 times a week and a small portion of chocolate everyday. (3-4 Hershey kisses) Then for snacks I ate ate a lot of fruit and some nuts or pretzels. I ate normal dinners. If I could do it, you can definitely do it. GOOD LUCK!!!
