Weight loss, please read.?

Well, my clothes for school are a little tight "/ So I was wondering, if I eat about 1250 calories a day, and exercise for about 4 hours a day, could I lose weight quick? And drink 9 cups of water a day, and about 2 cups of green tea a day. Also, I will eat 5 small meals a day, 250 calories a meal.

How long do you think it would take to lose 7 pounds.

If it helps, I'm 120lbs and 5'1

  1. well 120 lbs at 5' 1" isnt overweight.

    but since you gained some extra weight the past week, i dont think you really need to go on a "low calorie diet" instead id just avoid the sweets yet still eat regularly, just healthy.

    do some extra cardio and you should lose it :)


  2. i suggest buyin a bigger size in clothes. cuz u don't sound overweight, it sounds like u jus have a wardrobe issue

  3. I think you'll definately loose some weight. I would suggest trying to live an overall healthier life though, instead of gaining weight and then rapidly trying to work it off, and start eating again. Pilates and dance I think is the best way for a long, lean figure.

  4. yeah, i say just eat better.... but 4 hours of exercise seems like a little much, i think if u just eat better and SOME exercise you will see results pretty quickly.... definately before you start school
