i want to lose about 20 pounds how can i do that safley i mean i am only 13 so i dont know how 2 do that

  2. It's easy to get started and it doesn't matter how old you are.  The caculus of weight loss is pretty simple for most people.

    Eat less + more activity.


  3. 1.  The less you eat, the more your body will think its starving - then when you do it it will turn into fat right away. Instead it 1,500 - 2,00 calories a day, but make sure they are all very healhty. NO soda, no desserts and candies, lots of veggies, rice, and fruits.

    2. When you exercise do lots of cardio, that burns the most fat. Run on the treadmill, jump rope, ect.

    Right after you workout have a small healhty snack to make your metabolism run even faster.

    Dont weigh yourself everyday - it will just hurt you and you'll get obsessed. Weighit yourself after 1-2 weeks, and you will see the effect immediately. Dont give up if it takes some time - this is the ultimately healthy and safe way to lose weight.
