Weight loss... Myth or Not.?

I heard that when your working out really hard and your all sweaty and gross that if you feel ur stomach and its cold that you know that what your doing is working. like your losing weight or burining calories. im not so sure about this... opinoins would be great! thanks =]]

  2. If you get cold chills, vomit or diarrhea after your work out it means it's NOT right. Weight loss is a gradual process, not achievable through  one or two grueling sessions.

  4. I think that's a myth.

  5. Well It is not a complete myth. The blood is moving toward places it is needed the most; arms, legs, shoulders, etc. So less blood is in your abs and so they feel cold. So what I would do is add some crunches to work your abdominals too.

    I don't think that it means that you are losing any more weight than normal but it does mean that you are working.
