Weight loss after Weaning Baby ?

I weaned my child about a month ago and since then I've had no appetite and have lost about 5 pounds is the normal?

same thing happened to me. I think I was retaining water while nursing and my apetite was bigger too. Once I weaned, my apetite become much smaller and I lost that water weight.
