Weight loss by Caffeine? ?

i have noticed that lately i have not been eating that much..but that i have been drinking lots of amounts of Caffeine. is there some possible way that i could be losing weight from this? :] Thanks,Sy

  1. Sure, it's possible, but don't expect it to last. Eventually you'll need food again.

    Also, caffeine makes you pee, which might cut down on water weight, but only temporarily.


  2. Yes caffeine is a stimulant like speed and it will help you eat less but its also dangerous with its side effects.

  3. Caffeine causes your blood sugar levels to spike and then you crash. When this occurs your body needs energy and you get food cravings.  These cravings are usually for fatty and sugary foods. This will not lead to weight loss.

    Eating less does not mean you will lose weight (a very common misconception). In fact you can even eat more than you did before and still lose weight. To lose weight you need to eat the right foods and cut out the bad foods.
