Weight loss for cheerleading ?

i have huge thighs and i need to slim them down so i can fly for cheer leading i need to lose about 10 pounds so that i can be a flyer and don't tell me i can stell fly with out losing weight i know that i do fly some times but i want to be a main flyer so please tell me what to do!!!

  1. Well There are 6 things u can do:

    1) The 3 day diet which works like a charm (lose 10 pounds in 3 days) - I lose around 9-14 pounds in 3 days! Very good diet plus u could eat icecream for desert! Link is Below:

    2) You can do the Atkins Diet and eat only 10g of carbs a day like eggs, hot dogs and all proteinsu would like, but i probably wont recommend this, because ull increase u cholestrol, but u will lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks

    3) You can do the 7 day diet, which also works like a charm, its hard to stick on BUT U get good results:

    DAY 1- ALl fruits u want except banans (EAT ONLY FRUITS)

    DAY 2- Eat all vegetables u want (NO POTATO NO CORN)

    Day 3- Eat all veges and fruits (NO POTATO< BANANAS< AND CORN)

    DAY 4- 3 glasses of skim milk and 3 bananas

    Day 5-7: 3oz of protein plus unlimeted Green vegges

    LOSE 10-17 pounds in 1 week!!!!!!!!!!!!

    4) You can do the scarsdale diet which is a really good diet!

    Lose 20 pounds in 14 days

    5) You can do a 800-1000 calorie diet, and lose like decent amount of weight

    6) Lose 2-3 pounds of week! by eating 1200-1500 cals and excersising

    DONT FORGET TO EXCERSISE ON ALL DIETS AND DRINK 8 Glasses of water!

    Get yourself on the track and RUN:

    Long sprints of 30-45 seconds each. Do at least 6 repeats per daily set. Rest in between each repeat by walking for about a minute.

    Note that dash sprinters (100 yards) have big thighs, but middle-distance sprinters (220-440 yards) are beanpoles.

    Eat: Primarily fruits, nuts, lean meats.

  3. Well since peopel on here don't knwo you, we can only give general advice:

    Eat healthier, more balanced meals (and maybe less, depending on how much you eat now)

    And get regular exercise for at least 30 mins every day.

    Dance Non-Stop To Your Favourite Song - 30 Minutes Everyday For 1 Week.

    Before You Eat For A Meal Or Even A Small Snack Jog About For About 5 Minutes !

    What You Can Also Do Is Move Your Hips Around - Side To Side. And Then When You Are On Your Bed Jump Around And Then Fall Onto Your Stomache So You Can Practise The Flying Thing For Cheerleading !

  6. im a main flyer and what you need is muscle is your thighs and legs..

    so do leg excersises to decrease some body fat.. but you also have to strenghten them too.. but remember muscle weighs more than fat..

    so if you work hard to loose weight and your doing leg excersises to increase your leg muscles, dont be alarmed if you dont loose weight.

  7. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

    still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.


  8. make sure you eat right and start a jogging routine. maybe 15-30 mins in the morning and 15-30 mins in the evening. make sure you drink plenty of water!

  11. I wanted to shape and tone my legs and butt because I was sick and tired of not finding jeans that fit. So I went to www.beachbody.com, and ordered a program called Turbo Jam. It cost me about $80, but it was well worth it. In 10 workouts, I lost 12 lbs ans 14 total inches.( 4 of which were off of my thighs, and 2 on my butt) 18 months later I have lost a total of 85 lbs and 45 total inches and can wear ANYTHING I want.   12. Cut out junk food.. eat just fruit veggies and meat.. drink either water or fuze (the slenderize one it has less cals) do a lot of cardio..
