Weight loss help pleaseee!!?

well im 15, 5'4 and about 145-150lbs.

i run/walk and lift weights everyday.

but when it comes to a diet, i cant stick to it

any good diet plans that work??

also, i always get so hungry in between meals, can you help me find ways to control the hunger between the meals?

  1. You can get more support on weight loss maintaining your figure and fitness. This might work for you but not sure. Since all have it own drawbacks.
