Weight loss in 2 months? x?

I need to lose as much weight as i can in 2 months. I don't care if i put it all back on again afterwards, but i need to lose it for a party...

help?

  1. ill tell u a metabolism and mental secret:

    1- make a schedule so that u eat the exact time u eat yesterday (u must eat the same thing coz for ex:u eat MacDonald the metabolism will burn it and keep it in memory that the next day u eat MacDonald the same time it burns the food twice as before)

    in the morning 10:20 (eat full fat cerial [be sure to eat the same cerial each day)

    for lunch 2:20 (eat any meal that u can eat every day)

    dinner: 6:20 (same at lunch but dont eat the same meal)

    2- trick ur mind!!!

    ex: when u do situp dont count like 1,2,3,4

    u should count each number three times (no more than three) like 1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4, and dont calculate in ur mind the real numbers this way u wont get tired...


  2. 2 months is a long time. you could easily lose 16-20 lbs with healthy eating and excercise. i tried the atkins diet and in one month lost 14 lbs. buy the book if your going to do it. i found it hard to stick to. and i worried about not eating carbs. however my friend did it for 6 weeks and lost 21 lbs. im currently doing low cal low fat and jogging daily. but to lose that last stone im considering The Master Cleanse diet. its the one beyonce did and lost apparently 20 lbs in 14 days. google it

  3. Stop eating all together & excercise constantly.
