In the last 7 weeks I have lost 20 pounds by simply eating right and doing moderate activity. I have about 50 pounds to go. I would like to lose another 30 by the end of the year. I am sure I can do it as I am mega motivated. But does anyone have any ideas on how to speed this process up?I'm not a pill popper but as long as it doesn't have any freak side effects I might try it.
