I been on a weight loss plateau for about 3 months now, I've increased calories, I eat about 2000 a day, tried aerboics workouts, small circuit training workouts, I normally use a cross trainer, but theat has different programs and resistance so i didn't think my body could adapt to it.

I'm jst under 6 foot, and weigh about 14 stone, I have 1 1/2 stone of fat, I wnat to loose another stone so i get to 13 stone, one of my reasons is my Pubic fat, my p***s is 6" normally and when i push it into my pubic bone i get another inch, this is really annoying me.

Im just stuck what to do, and why I've been the same weight for nearly 3 months now.

  2. Forget crazy diets for losing weight.. Acai Berry is this new product I've been trying after seeing it on Oprah. I'm already seeing results!! You should give it a shot, here's a special link for a free 14-day trial.

  3. Don't worry about it too much, hitting a plateau happens to nearly everyone on a exercise routine, even the top athletes.

I would say your body and your metabolism have both adjusted to your eating/workout routine. I know you are changing things already but it is time to really experiment. Try exercises you haven't tried before.

Are you doing weights/strength training. We need muscle in order to burn fat efficiently. Muscle is a very active tissue, so burns fat even while resting. Every pound of muscle you have will burn 50 extra calories per day.

Good luck and all the best with your weight loss goals.

  4. Ok, a plateu comes natural with a diet, this is fine, your body is just adjusting do its new weight, usually when you get over a plateu a bunch of weight comes off at once, dont worry about a thing

  5. It sounds like you need to try a different type of cardio. The article listed below talks about high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Studies say that it is up to nine times as effective at burning fat as normal cardio. It might be just what you need to get unstuck.

I've also included a link to a website that reviews some of the top fat loss plans.

Good luck breaking through your plateau!
