  4. There's no quick and easy way. If there was, everybody would know about it and use it, and the inventor would be rich.

Avoid fad diets, crash diets, diet pills, internet bargains and the like. They won't help you, and could very well hurt you.

Weight loss is achieved when you burn more calories than you consume... so if you eat less and sit around, you won't lose weight.

You need a combination of healthy diet and reasonable exercise to stay in shape.

And there's no such thing as "permanently" You can always gain weight back by tilting the equation the other way. If you want to keep weight off, you need to keep eating healthy and exercising.

High protein, low fat, minimal good carbs, and sugar-free liquids to keep you from getting dehydrated.

There are plenty of good nutrition sites on the web that can help you.

  5. Hi, the only diet that worked for me was weight watchers, after years of excercising and thinking that it would work and thought I was cutting down on my food intake I was getting no where and was just hurting myself with all the excercising lol, so I decided to give weight watchers ago and in the first week you could tell I had lost weight which was a lovely feeling as for years of excerciseing and getting no where it was brilliant to not excercise and lose weight, as its all about potion control and I never once felt hungry, I was full of energy.

If you can keep fit as well with excercise that does help you lose more weight but dont over do it if you dont need too, just use the excercise to tone up areas etc.

Dont be scared to just turn up to a meeting as everyone there, is there for the same reason you are and its worth it in the end 100%.

Other people will say do excercise so this and that everyday only eat veggies and fruit, and that just makes people not want to do there diet at all and then they go back to how they were before they started.

Have a look on the weight watchers website, you can even join onilne tescos ediets are the same as well. and the weight watchers meals which you dont have to use you can use your own recipes have the same point value on an at tesco they are cheaper.

  6. advice dont do a diet if you do a diet burn pounds off and then end it you can put the weight back on so much easier you need to work out and burn it off

that is the best way to do it and diets can really effect your body

you could do situps and walk around the block for 30 mins a day 3-4 times a week and then you will burn off the fat in a long period

    good luck

  7. Cardio - whatever you like (treadmill, outside walking, elliptical, stairmaster, bike, swimming), as long as you're not overdoing it, but feel a little sweaty and good after. Aim for 30 mins 3-4 times a week.

Strength - lift, lift, lift! Pick up a fitness magazine (oxygen preferably, shape if you can't get oxygen), get some 5lb weights, and follow the routines in there - they'll tell you what and how much to do. It's a good way to start.

Eats - don't skip meals. Protein, complex carbs (google that term if you need to), and plenty of fruits and veggies. Aim for 2 cups of fruit and 3 cups of veggies per day. Give yourself a cheat meal once a week if it helps - but be careful within that - if you're craving McD's, just get a happy meal, if you would like to devour a DQ blizzard, get a small one. You may find that a cheat meal derails your efforts, so it's only something to think about. You may also find that 100 calories of junk per day helps - and there are lots of fudgesicles, or 100 calorie packs of snack foods out there. Again, you may find that it's a trigger to keep on eating, but they're just ideas.

    Water - lots.

    Sleep - regular.
