Weight loss question, i need your guys help?

I am 5 foot 1, and i weigh 150 pounds and i'm 17 years old, and i want to lose about 30-40 in 6 months..is that a good time line, and if it is what should i do

  2. just lose 30 lbs and stop it there..brisk walk an hour daily...do an hour of yoga 5 times a week and eat 5 small healthy meals a day...30 lbs in 6 months is very doable...God bless you

  4. You can defo do it

    You need to exercise at least 6 hours a weeks, running/ bike riding/ swimming etc

    You also need to eat less chocolate/ crisps/ pizza etc and eat more fruit and veg and protien
