I'm overweight by 15 lbs.. so would it be okay if I lost 3 lbs a week for two months? I'm doing a diet for 4 months(Eating healthy+exercise) I'd do 3 lbs for two months which would be 24 lbs and then 2 lbs a week for two months which is 16 and then 1 lb a week for 2 weeks.Does that sound okay? Will it work? or will it be hard to keep the weight off? I know it won't be easy but will it be very difficult?
