Weight loss question? Easy 10 points :D?

I'm overweight by 15 lbs.. so would it be okay if I lost 3 lbs a week for two months? I'm doing a diet for 4 months(Eating healthy+exercise) I'd do 3 lbs for two months which would be 24 lbs and then 2 lbs a week for two months which is 16 and then 1 lb a week for 2 weeks.

Does that sound okay? Will it work? or will it be hard to keep the weight off? I know it won't be easy but will it be very difficult?

  1. You are overweight by 15 lbs. but you want to lose 42?  2 lbs a week is a safe way to do it. good luck


  2. i don't see it happening. simply put when you start a routine you get great results at first then you the breaking point where you just stop loosing weight, at that time you really need to change up your routine not eat less. that should work.

  5. You'd be losing too much if you did so for 2 months. Only do so for a a month if you are going to lose that much every week.
