I have decided to finally take control of my life and lose weight. I am a 19 year old guy, 5'6/7 and I weigh 227 LBS. I have calculated my caloric maintenance level to be 3019 calories. I have decided to cut my eating down - 500 calories to 2519 calories per day. I also will exercise on my stationary bike for 30 minute sessions twice a day. I hope to reach 150 lbs. How long will it take to do this? How many calories will I burn on a stationary bike if I exercise 30 minutes 2 times per day every day?
