  1. Lots of green leafy vegetables, fruit, whole grain cereal, milk and yogurt but watch for total calories, lots of fresh lemonade make it our self and regular exercise and yoga, must have a check up with your doctor, loose weight gradually so that body can adjust, must try to be happy and cheerful,

  2. Try cookinglight.com and myrecipes.com. Also kraft.com lets you choose what type of recipe you are looking for (i.e. low fat/cal/sodium)

  3. Here are some easy healthy low-calorie recipe's for breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers/snacks & drinks!

    Some other things besides eating "lots of fruit and veggies and lean meats" which I'm sure everyone will tell you that you can eat are;

    Breakfast: egg whites with scrambled veggies mixed in (peppers, mushrooms, tomato, onion, spinach, etc) with whole wheat toast, cereal (fiber one, all bran, kashi GoLean...)

    Lunch/Dinner: Turkey burgers on whole wheat bun (careful with your condiments like mayo, ketchup etc). Chicken salad wraps (grilled chicken, lettuce, veggies, lite ranch and a low carb/high protein tortilla), steamed veggies, red potato's...

    and for that midnight nacho snack craving... baked tostidos filled with black beans, salsa, fat-free cheese baked in the oven then topped with shredded lettuce... Mmmm!

    Snacks: Hard boiled eggs, fruit with cheese, raw veggies with lite dip or salsa, raw nuts, raw seeds, sugar free jello, sugar free pudding, hummus (with veggies), cheese sticks, airpop popcorn or smart pop popcorn, dry cereal (listed above), celery with all natural PB or lite cream cheese and raisons, frozen grapes, lite yogurt (also good frozen)...

    Try to eat 5-6 small meals a day beginning right when you wake up in the morning (this jumpstarts your metabolism and gets you going for the day!).

    Nutrition is the most important part of weight loss, but exercise is the second most, make sure to get 30 minutes of cardio in a day (walking, bike riding, aerobics, jump roping, yoga/pilates, swimming etc)

    GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!! Hope this was useful!

  4. firstly u havent mentioned ur height so its not possible to determine if ur overweight.. but if u wanna lose weight ,just follow this routine for a month..  go for a walk or maybe a jog preferably in the morning for half an hour everyday.. have a heavy breakfast a medium lunch and maybe vegetable salads for dinner . And plz don't skip meals . this doesn't help lose weight.

  5. Forget crazy diets for losing weight.. Acai Berry is this new product I've been trying after seeing it on Oprah. I'm already seeing results!! You should give it a shot, here's a special link for a free 14-day trial.

  6. first i would think if you're trying to lose that much weight you must be over 200 lb. well as a big person myself the first thing i would do is .# 1.no junk food .# 3 meals a day .no!!!! fast food . # 3 and the big one every one doesn't think about no DIET SOAD / POP./ DIET FOOD IS NOT WHAT IT SAYS IT IS. IT'S ALL LIES. TRUE. i wish you well good luck .i know you can do it .
