  1. ok

definitely drink 1 litre of mint tea every day

    use natural dried  mint leaves

speeds up your metabolism so you burn fat faster and it tastes great and refreshing

    eat healthy

eat small portions every 2 hours

    drink alot of water

    it is possible

you will have to exercise aswell

    good luck

  2. try cutting down on carbo esp rice.softdrinks make you feel bloated, too. my friends lost weight thru that & also by not eating anything after 6pm. hope this helps.

    goodluck!

  3. Here's some dodgy maths:

assuming you want to lose 15kg of fat (rather than muscle etc)

    1 g fat = 9 calories -- over 18 weeks

This means your body needs to use or lose an about an extra 1000 cal/ day

this could be any combination of more exercise and less food

    Good luck

  4. My friend lost a lot of weight through just cutting out carbs after 6pm and being careful to eat less fat.  I think this combined with exercise will do wonders.  That's my plan anyway!

  5. Healthy weight loss is gradual weight loss. We all want to lose weight fast but when this occurs it usually means loss of water and/or muscle. This is not good. Our body needs water and we gain it back fairly rapidly (which in turn means weight gain). More importantly we need muscle in order to burn fat. Muscle is a very active tissue, so burns fat even while resting.

Two pounds (or 1 kilogram) of weight loss a week is generally considered to be healthy weight loss. So if you lose a kilo a week now until xmas then you should be very close to your goal.

If you burn more calories than you take in (achieved through a healthy eating plan), build up muscle through strength training and complete 30 minutes of solid cardio a day then weight loss is a certainty.

The following website gives you the tools you will need to acheive the weight loss you want before xmas

Good luck and all the best with your weight loss goals.

  6. You could try the Glycemic Index Diet, it aims to keep blood sugar levels down and therefore beat hunger pangs.

Take only the amount of calories that you really need and make sure that those calories are high in nutritional value. No refined flours, sugars etc.

    Good luck :)

  7. The first thing you need to do is try and eat as healthy as possible that means less processed foods which are high sugar and fat.Try to get enough fibre and drink lots of water

You then want to change your daily routine so you get the most exercises possible. Bike to work, take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. If you struggle to get exercise into your day then join a gym.

  8. try this..

    breakfast

1 piece of bread with one egg and one tomato

    snack:

    1 skinny coffee no sugar

    lunch:

home made salad - tomato, cucumber (other veges) & pieces of steamed chicken

    1 piece of bread

    snack:

    1 Tea no sugar

    8 strawberries

    Dinner:

    grilled chicken breast

    with salad.

    Dessert:

1 scoop (ONE) of low fat icecream in a small cone. eat is slowly...

    1 tea no sugar

    Exercise:

    Weights

    Cardio

(Go to the Gym, do a class everyday)

or walk for an hour. 30 mins is nothing. you wont start burning fat until you are warmed up.

not sure how much you are eating, but if you are eating more than this you may have headaches for the first couple of days due to less sugar and a healthier diet..

Notice the diet is high protien. keeps you full for longer. you have enough carbs to keep you going..drink plenty of water throughout the day. make sure you exercise at least 6 times a week.

I know it may be tough at first, but this is not a diet. Its healthier eating. You just have to be strong and maybe stick a picture of a model on your fridge to remind you of what you want.

  9. situps every night, start out at 10, then the next week increase by one(so the whole second week do 11 sit ups, then the third week do 12 situps, etc)

eat 5 times a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner)

    but make each meal healthy

i'm not sure if it's just a myth or whatnot, but I've heard that eating a lot of beef makes your hips wider, something to do with steriods in the meat? idk how reliable that information was tho...

drink plenty of water everyday, sometimes we mistake being thirsty as being hungry

    DON'T starve yourself

and exercise, not athletic? walk a mile everyday, sounds hard, but it's not at all

  10. How heavy r u?

15kg is a lot to lose, done with a controlled diet and lots of exercise (swimming is good) will help you shed some weight

  11. I Lost a lot of weight by going on diet + Exercise

For Example, You Need Foods With HIGH FIBER but LOW CALORIES.

I got this all info from

  12. What's that in English?

  13. No, it's not unrealistic.  I've been doing a diet plan called HMR.  I've lost 45 pounds in 14 weeks.  Good luck to you!

  14. Try increasing the number of meals you have per day to 5. This will actually burn up more calories for you. You have to make the portions smaller of course but you won't feel as hungry if you have five meals.

  17. low carb diet and sensible exercise plan. NO potatoes, pasta, bread, and if your really strict banana sweetcorn and carrots and SUGAR and any fizzy drinks. try stick to under 10 grams of carbs per meal. EAT any meats fish poultry, even processed like burgers etc, vegetables except that of the above, eggs, cheese and natural fats olive oil butter.

exercise depending on your fitness level, between 3-6 days a week in cardio, i.e jogging, sprints, cycling, circuits, yoga, Pilate's, anything to get a sweat on and your heart beat raised for over 20 Min's.

have 1 day off a week to eat what you want. only take it till your happy, then calm it down. hope this helps

  18. If you work at it you should be able to lose at least half that. The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer.

In practise for problems that came up on a regular basis we tended to use patient leaflets to avoid having to repeat ourselves this seemed a sensible use of resources. What follows is thus in effect me information leaflet.

Weight loss and fitness is always a long term commitment and never a quick fix. If you really want to reduce your weight a bit, this is a complex regime, that should help, I would get a pencil to write it down, in case you forget any of the intricate details.
