i weigh about 115. i'm only 5" tall, so it's definately healthy. but i would like to lose some weight. i want to weigh 105 really bad, but i don't know what would help me. one of my friends is short like my height, and she used to be 150. she lost all of it and is now smaller than me and is really skinny. i envy that really bad because she knows how to diet. she told me she only eats all healthy stuff but i don't know what motivates her to stick to it.
please help.
how come my friend is more successful at it?
