Weight loss tips please!!!! ?

i weigh about 115. i'm only 5" tall, so it's definately healthy. but i would like to lose some weight. i want to weigh 105 really bad, but i don't know what would help me. one of my friends is short like my height, and she used to be 150. she lost all of it and is now smaller than me and is really skinny. i envy that really bad because she knows how to diet. she told me she only eats all healthy stuff but i don't know what motivates her to stick to it.

please help.

how come my friend is more successful at it?

  1. Everyone who loses weight has to have some kind of motivation, she found hers, now find yours. Your motivation could come from your question. You say that you want to lose weight like her and be as skinny as she is, well use that. Always keep this in the back of your mind, don't envy her, be like her.

    She may have a better metabolism than you that is why she loses weight better than you. Don't let this get you down just work a little bit harder. You also say she eats healthy, this is an absolute must. Don't expect fast weight loss, cause it won't happen. Here is all you need to know to lose weight.
