Weight loss while running?

ok i've started running and notice that i sweat a lot on my chest area. I am a 32A and can't really afford to loose any fat there. My friend started running and her b***s got a lot smaller. Is there anyway to stop that, should I stop running?

  1. Unfortunately for many women, the first place we lose weight is from our chest.  (Mind you - that has nothing to do with your sweat glands and where you sweat)  Just make sure you wear a good bra so your b***s don't 'wobble' too much (I am not a medical professional but I can't imagine we are doing any good to the breast tissue when we run!)  And remember you can always eat more (if you are not planning on losing weight) and wear a push-up bra - or one with padding!
