I WANT TO LOOSE SOME WEIGHT FAST BECAUSE SCHOOL IS GONNA START IN LIKE 3 DAYS AND WHEN I BOUGHT MY UNIFORM PANTS THEY FITTED ME AND NOW THEY DONT THEY DO CLOSE ON ME BUT MY SHIRT NEEDS TO BE TUCKED IN AND IT WONT FIT. DO YOU THINK THIS DIET IS OK:BREAKFAST-LIGHT N FIT SMOOTHIESNACK-PROTEIN BARLUNCH-YOU ALREADY KNOW AT SCHOOL THEY DONT GIVE HEALTHY FOODSNACK-ANOTHER PROTEIN BARDINNER- ANOTHER SMOOTHIE BUT IM NOT GONNA EAT AFTER 6 PM AND IMA DRINK WATER ALL DAYDO YOU THINK THAT THIS IS A GOOD IDEA CAN YALL PLZ GIVE ME SOME TIPS AND IF YOU HAVE LOST WEIGHT CAN YALL TELL ME SOME SUCCSESFUL STORIES
