Weight problem plz help!?

I WANT TO LOOSE SOME WEIGHT FAST BECAUSE SCHOOL IS GONNA START IN LIKE 3 DAYS AND WHEN I BOUGHT MY UNIFORM PANTS THEY FITTED ME AND NOW THEY DONT THEY DO CLOSE ON ME BUT MY SHIRT NEEDS TO BE TUCKED IN AND IT WONT FIT. DO YOU THINK THIS DIET IS OK:

BREAKFAST-LIGHT N FIT SMOOTHIE

SNACK-PROTEIN BAR

LUNCH-YOU ALREADY KNOW AT SCHOOL THEY DONT GIVE HEALTHY FOOD

SNACK-ANOTHER PROTEIN BAR

DINNER- ANOTHER SMOOTHIE BUT IM NOT GONNA EAT AFTER 6 PM AND IMA DRINK WATER ALL DAY

DO YOU THINK THAT THIS IS A GOOD IDEA CAN YALL PLZ GIVE ME SOME TIPS AND IF YOU HAVE LOST WEIGHT CAN YALL TELL ME SOME SUCCSESFUL STORIES

  1. food is not the answer. drink lots of water and take longs walks. the more u drink the more u sweat the more weight u lose. most you body is water lose the water lose thee weight

  3. Well you're not gonna lose a lot of weight in 3 days. The most only one or two pounds....its gonna take time, but you should do a lot of running.

  4. Instead of buying a school lunch that is unhealthy, bring a healthy one from home. Also, save the smoothies for breakfast and eat a healthy, well balanced meal for dinner.
