ok so im 13, im 4'11 or 5'0 or somewhere around there and i literally weigh 32 kg. im way too underweiht!!! ok so im going to start eating more.
from now on im gonna start eating more breakfast!, more lunch, maybe 1 or 2 mini cracker bags and 1 sanwwich and sime water at school or maybe a gatorade or smoothie from time to time. is that ok to have once in a while???, and for dinner i plan on eating i round of food and then puting myself more the 2nd round. and maybe a few snacks like a fruit or bread with salami and cheese as snacks between lunch and dinner like while im doing my homework.
i need to gain weight fast!! healthy!!! im too underweight im scared that i dont have my period cuz i have too little body fat.and im scared that that is the reason i havent started developing my boobsyet. i have really little ones but they are not going straight, they are gong to the side and you can see my ribs! im also scared thats the reason y i dont have my period. my mom got hers when she was 13 or 14 and i need to gain weight to be healthy and normal for my age and height. right now im like 70 pounds. thats not alot! :( im scared of being so unhealthy.
does this sound like a good eating habit to get into so that i start gaining more weight in order to reach the normal healthy level????

*im not going to stuff myself too much and make myself puke.
ill eat as much as i can fit till i get full. but will this eating habit help me gain weight? will this help me get more fat on myself! i need body fat! im scared!
