I am 17 years old. I weigh between 131 and 136 depending on the day. My chest is 35 inches, waist 28 inches, and hips 38 inches. Does this sound healthy to you? If you have any advice or anything, it would be appreciated.

  1. it sounds healthy to me.

  2. its healthy.

  3. That sounds about right. Mostly you want to make sure that you are more toned then worrying about how many inches or lbs you are.

  4. That is considered a healthy weight. You can afford to gain or lose a few pounds. By that i mean, if you decided to lose a few pounds, you are not going to be considered underweight. If you gain a few, you are not going to be considered over-weight. You can go either way. Although, i advise you to be careful and not take it too the extreme.

  5. you sounds healthy :]

  6. you sound perfectly healthy!!!! don't worry about it at all

  7. As long as you eat healthy and get exercise, there's no reason to worry about weight. [unless you're breaking 200 pounds...]

  8. perfectly fine.

you must be about 5'8'' in height?

thats what i am and my measurements are about the same.

just remember to eat right, and if you don't eat after 7 pm it helps. Also, i heard this on Barry's Bootcamp. If you eat AS SOON AS you wake up in the morning, you will feel fuller all day, and your body won't produce the horomones that make you want to eat.
