Question:

Weight training - faster muscle recovery?

Hi, I am a 20 year old guy and I've been weight training every second night (48 hours recovery time in between workouts). I know this is the best for your muscles so that they can repair and grow, but I really want to be able to workout every night.

Professionals - is there ANY way that I can make it so that my muscle fibres repair and grow within 24 hours? I am prepared to do anything, eat anything, take anything, anything at all. Cheers!

  1. Naturally im afraid not, unless your extremely genetically gifted towards muscle growth, but even then you'd want to train only EOD.

Now on steroids, such as Testosterone, Dianabol, Deca etc it is possible with the right nutrition and rest, but you can still overtrain on steroids, so do you research before using any. Also Post Cycle Therapy is extremely important in order to come off them.

At your age i would train naturally for another 2 more years atleast to make use of your natural testosterone that you still have available. Also your body hasn't completely finished growing yet, maybe you have height wise, but not in other ways. Taking steroids to early is riskier and can bugger you up for life. For now i would stick to natural supplements such as Creatine and Glutamine to assist your workouts and aid in recovery. You also didn't mention what training regime your on. Im guessing your doing a full body workout EOD. After a few more years of training, hit the juice if you still want. It works wonders
