Question:

Weight training question?

I had a sports-related injury and could only do light cardio for months (swimming, etc.)

Now that I am back in the weight-lifting game, I have noticed that my left arm is noticeably weaker than my right.

Should I compensate for this by lifting heavier weights with my left arm until they are equal?

  1. Hi,

No there is no need for that. Just start lifting and using the same weight and everything will work itself out. Make sure you get in a good post workout shake.
