would some one be able to give me some info on the core plan from weight watchers?? the core food list?

  1. The Core Food plan is a low-carb, high-protein, low-sugar plan, much like other low-carb plans out there. The list is long, though you might find most of it on the Weight Watcher's website. It would include lean cuts of meat, beans, vegetables, etc. The idea is to go very easy on pasta, grains and starches and choose only high fiber or whole grain foods. In the Core plan, you do not count calories OR points, as in the traditional Flex plan. You are supposed to be able to eat as much of  the Core foods as you like.  Sugar is the biggest no-no, and you are supposed to go very easy on fruit as well.

    For a monthly fee, you could sign up for WW tools on-line and get access to the whole list, recipes and tips without attending any meetings....
