  1. If you were on a diet then you wouldn't eat at Wendy's or Mcdonalds

  2. Yes! It does work! Weight Watchers is not like a "diet". They teach you to balance what you eat. You can have Wendy's, Mcdonald's, or any other fast food you like. The most important thing is to not go over your points. So I can have Mcdonald's for lunch, but not for breakfast and/or dinner too. Everything is ok in moderation. That's why I love the flex plan so much. I can eat all the foods I love and still lose weight.

  3. The people I know that have used WW and the point system have lost weight. However, it takes determination and you need to be your own motivator. As well, you must exercise as well. Diet alone does not work.

You have a set amount of points you can use per week, plus a few extra. If you buy the points book (which is worth the money) you will see what the points are for take out food. You can still have it, within reason.

  4. yes you will still lose weight.  as long as what you are eating is within thier point system. like  my mom has done this for about a year and i know a Chicken Ranchero soft taco from taco bell is just 2 points.

  5. Yes following the Flex Plan (counting points) on Weight Watchers does work. I'm currently on the plan. If you do like fast food, get the Weight Watcher full point counter book. It has the listing for any restaurant, food type and depending on what you like, you can tell if its worth blowing your counts for that burger or that supersized meal.

The idea behind the plan is to not eat the transfatty items. Taking the salads, the water and some of the healthier items is what they are hoping you will work into your new healthy lifestyle.

If anything, go to the weight watchers website for more information about it. And if you are exercising, then using part of your bonus count can save you from going over.

    Good luck.
