  1. This really isn't a recipe, but when I was doing WW, I found out how to make zero point Ranch Dressing. Use a ranch packet, instead of using milk and mayo, I use fat free sour cream and low fat buttermilk. It taste great and is no point for 2 tbsp.

Another thing I liked to make with only 1 or 2 points was stir fry. I used packaged cabbage, shredded carrots, bell peppers, squash, and a saugage ring. Fry up the sausgage first so it can flavor the oil and then add everything and cook until it's to your preffered tenderness. It's very good and so versital, you can really make it with whatever you want of any of the no points veggies.

I really liked to experiment. It was funand I can up with some good stuff. Don't be afraid to do the same. Have fun with it.

    Good luck

  3. Hey, I have a pretty good vegan chocolate cake recipe, the cake never taste like a vegan one, very moist and chocolaty.

    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup white sugar  (you may reduce the sugar content for a bit. I have tried with Splenda, it turns out fine too)

    1/4 cup cocoa powder

    1 teaspoon baking soda

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/3 cup vegetable oil

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar

    1 cup water

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 9x5 inch loaf pan.

    2. Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add the oil, vanilla, vinegar and water. Mix together until smooth.

    3. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Hope this can help you :))))))))))
