Okay, I was outside on my porch and I looked in this hanging flowerpot that was full of water without a plany in it, and all these tiny bugs were swimming in it. They're no bigger than a centemeter long, and they swim in 'C' shapes by curling their bodies into a C, then the other way, and they're brownish with black stripes and a weird black circle on their butts. Theres atleast fifty of them. Some are dead floating on the top. What are they? What do I do with them?

i've seen them in my pots and they swim by like wiggling - its wierd haha

you could be mean and just tip them out onto the floor - they cannot live without water if they are mosquitos larvae

  2. The best thing you can do is to dump out the flower pot. The bugs you have in there are mosquito larvae. If you let them reach full maturity, they will breed near your house and will keep coming back. They'll keep coming back until you can't stand it. Also, make sure that you dump out all empty buckets and pots you have outside with water in them. The mozzies can carry diseases that are a pain to have. If you leave those buckets and pots out, mozzie moms will be attracted there to lay there eggs.

Best of luck! I hope this helps you!
