Weird 12-digits phone numbers, can someone tell me where they are calling from by the area codes?

They both called me either very late during night or very early during morning, I'm just wondering if this is just a telemarketing scam.

Call your phone provider or operator to find out.  They have access to all that.  Maybe there is a way to block that.

Just general knowledge stuff:  you can block long distance calling from your # by adding a password to yours so even someone at a pay  phone can't charge it to you.

is from Kansas City, Missouri

and 445601849999

is from Pennsylvania

it could be salesmen from those places but its very unlikely or a big misunderstanding with them.

The 81 calling code is Japan. 44 is the United Kingdom. Don't know if it's telemarketers or not but they're just overseas numbers.
