Weird Dream Please Help

Well first I was outside the hospital and I was afraid to come in, but a dud that was there told me it was okay, so when we started to step inside it started turning into a transformer. Anyways the hospital was empty, seriously, there was no one there just me (I dont know what happened to the guy) And I started looking around wondering "why isn't the transformer standing up all the way." because it was just curled up and sitting there (which is the hospital, just to recap) then I think, "there must be a dead body somewhere" and start looking around. I eventually find it and it was under one of the beds inside the rooms. Then before I call the police, i hear a click, and start getting scared that I wasnt alone. i follow it and then I find the guy and he starts running a little faster, pretending he doesnt know im there. but before i cound get to him, some lady comes and stabs him in the front with a knife all the way through. the only thing i saw was the tip of the blade go rip his shirt(but there was no blood). Some how I knew the lady and went to stay with her a her daughter, and then a litte while later I saw her and the daughter sitting down eating next to knife that she used, it looks like she helped him because to guy was standing there rubbing his chest, but wasnt bleeding. She told me to eat and I said no because I didnt want too eat a greasy meat taco with cheese all over it. then she said it again, but meaner and I start to get a little bit mad, but I only looked at the taco then woke up.

I know it is long but I wanted to make sure I didnt miss anything because this is the first dream in the longest that I could remember. Plz I want to know what it means...

Your dream is rather convoluted with many details and the theme is a bit hard to see, but the elements are indicative of some stress about relationships and security.

You find yourself at a place that would normally have been a safe haven - this hospital.  It is of course not what it seems in that it turned into a 'transformer'.  Then there is this mysterious fellow who guides you there - an unknown but you follow his direction only to find him gone.  Why the sense of the dead body?  The place must have suggested 'death' - and why not?  Hospitals sadly carry that image sometimes, and one gone crazy as this one has is at least nearly evil - potentially destructive.

As you wander you see him again - but he ignores as if unseen, not wanting to admit his presence somehow.  He seems oddly in control of things there - something about him is mixed at best but does not seem good.

Then he is stabbed in this surreal way - no blood.  His 'killer' is this woman you know through her daughter - a very odd set of circumstances.  What is the link?  The lady, having attacked him, now appears to have helped him after all.  And there she sits with this particular dish - and the knife.  She commands even you - what is it about that taco?

Several questions are left by your sharing, few answers come to mind - but consider that your familiarity with the woman (whether only dreamt or pulled from reality) suggests your having been put under the control of someone who was commanding and made you uneasy in the past.  Why the hospital?  Perhaps you were in need of some attention for some reason in the dream - a form of protection.  And again, it is not what it seems but a menacing mechanical creature.

And why not just pick up that taco and eat it?  Something about that bothers you.  Maybe you don't like them and the lady simply wishes to force the issue.  Maybe you sense something sinister - will she poison you and gain control of you just as she stabbed this fellow and gained control by 'helping' him (that's the appearance)?

But why such a long and odd dream, why the first recalled in some long time, and why a taco at the end of all things?  The way you finally awakened while staring at that taco makes it the pivotal instrument in the whole thing.  Such dreams are not comforting - and we tend to awaken due to the disturbance they create - and do so at the critical moment of harm to come.

In all seriousness, I must ask you to consider - what did you eat before retiring for the night?  Tacos generally aren't good late-night food for settling the stomach for sleep.  Did you once have a bad experience from one?  Did you eat something (not necessarily a taco) that didn't leave you resting well perhaps?  

Your dream does sound very much influenced by a late night snack that may not have been advisible - and perhaps the subconscious tie is to another earlier time when a taco - the featured instrument in your dream - made you feel this way.  And perhaps the mother of a friend insisted that you eat what was ordered - even if it was not what was expected by you.  Note that the hospital was not as expected - a visit with a friend and her mother once may not have been either.  Nor may have the food have been either - sometimes we order without knowing, and don't care for what comes to us after all.  

The man stabbed?  The server perhaps?  Criticized in your presence by a stern lady in the past?  Working the 'linkage' in the place where you may have been, but wishing to shrink away from the disturbance caused by all this?

Think these things over - there are many possiblilities but few clear answers without more context.  Think back in time - was there an unpleasant encounter similar to any of this in your past that could combine with a nocturnal disturbance in your own mind so as to trigger this dream?  

Think through the theme of all this - you may discover the trigger, but I'm not certain there's a great deal of meaning except that you may be getting a message affirming your distaste for some situations and people - and to avoid them as you might in the future.

inside a hospital could me that you or someone you know is sick. A transformer means that you wish that you or your friend could transform out of the illness. Being yelled at for not eating could mean that you or your friend is suppose to be a on a certain doctor ordered diet that you or her / him doesn't like.
