Weird Question, I pooped blood. . .What going on?

I'm sorry this is really gross and weird. . .But I went to the bathroom the other day and when I wiped I looked at the toilet paper and it was covered in blood. Then I looked at my p**p (eww Gross) and there was a big stripe of blood on it from top to bottom. Ok so has this ever happeded to you before? What is going on?

this could happen under bad cases of constipation.

If so, get it checked by a doctor, as my dad had to get surgery for a similar problem, but in the meantime, eat and drink high fibre contect foods like Pruine Juice, Bran Cereal, Fruits.

This is a symptom that you need to get checked out by a physician. Any number of things could be happening. It could be something as simple as an inflammed hemorrhoid, to internal bleeding.

The only way to find out is to get to your doctor and go to all the prescibed tests. Some of the tests aren't so fun, but entirely necessary.

It could be hemorrhoids that pop when the p**p is hard. Or it's something wrong with your gut. Wait till the next time. If your p**p is not hard and it's still bleeding and you get bellyache etc. you should go see a doctor. But it can be harmless as well. Just keep an eye on it.

Was it fresh blood? If it is, it's most likely due to haemorrhoids.

You need to see your doctor.  Blood in stole is never normal  You could have bleeding hemorrhoids, an intestinal virus, colitis, or colon cancer.  Don't ignore this symptom.

Hemroids if the blood is real  red. That is a sign that it's close to your butt.  If it is  darker a sign that it is higher up internal bleeding. That's what colonscopys are for. You should have on just in case it's a polyp or colon cancer. I dont know your family history. I had the same thing. I had a colonscopy and they said I had hemroids and a polyp which they removed my grandma died of colon cancer. They took a biopsy and everything was fine. Stress and straining too hard plus if you have another illness could bring it on.

You might want to call your dr's office and speak to the nurse, he or she will consult with the dr & the dr will prob have you come in and get some tests done.

it could be hemorrhoids inside of you that popped when you went to the bathroom. Was it painful? sometimes you bleed if the p**p is large, but i would probably guess hemorrhoids. go to your doctor to really know.

All I can think of is that your fiber intake is low, and your body is having a hard time pushing out the f***s. Drink more water, too.

You need to get this checked out.  It could be that you have a hemorrhoid that began to bleed as you stretched to p**p, but blood in the p**p is a sigh of colon cancer as well.  Go get checked and the doctor will be able to tell you.

You probably burst a blood vessel down there.   I asked a nurse about it and they said it happens to everyone now and then; it's probably nothing to worry about.
