Weird Restarting Problem

Question

Ok so heres the thing. I Pluged in my Sansa e250 player to charge it and when I look at it its at the screen that comes up when you turn it on. All it does is show that then the screen goes white and it does it again.over and over and over.I have no clue whats wrong with it.
