  1. As others have said, that is a simple jumping spider. They have the ability to bite but often choose not to do so, even when handling.

The main spider you have to look out for is the Recluse family. They are similar looking to Wolf Spiders but have a violin shape on their back.

And to clear up Baby Girls comment, Tarantulas are not poisonous and the worst they can do is sting you hairs on their back, which at most causes a rash.

  2. i would grab it in a cup or somewere will it be contained

and take it to someon that might know you never no wat it is

  3. I do believe it says it is a jumping spider underneath the photo. It does not look pleasant at all. I jumped when I clicked to view the picture. I hate spiders.

  4. im not a spider expert but bright colors usually(but not always) mean danger.  i wouldnt mess with it.

  5. I searched wikipedia, and it's Phidippus audax,  as wikipedia says,

"As all spiders in the genus Phidippus, it has iridescent green chelicerae. While the bite of a larger jumping spider can be painful, only a few species produce any other effects. Almost all spiders (except hackled orb-weavers) have venom, but the venom of most spiders is no worse than the venom of a bee." Soo... The green is actually just a mouth part, not the fangs.

  6. idk, i would think it is though, and that look like some type of turantula , i had a trantula befor, and it was changin colors, fa real, and my dad and bro's said it was because it was poisoness becasue it aint somethin that was i guess and it dies after a while, so i wouldn't doubt that , that spider is poidoness

  7. well if you scroll down on that page it says JUMPING SPIDER really big underneath the photo...

so my guess would be that its a jumping spider.
