Weird Sushi at madfish?

There is a new restaurant called madfish and the food is good but who thinks sushi with cottage cheese and chicken is good?

When come to sushi, anything is possible. But I just eat california roll. Is safe for me.

Some sushi restaurants will try some strange stuff...

The last place I went to liked putting macademia nuts in stuff.  They'd crush the nuts and roll the sushi in it, or use it as a topping, etc.

Sometimes the combos work.  Sometimes...not so much.  But it's always interesting to see what each restaurant will try to come up with.

I never had cottage cheese with chicken, but I had cottage cheese fried battleships which were AWESOME
